The result is created in the beginning. Our know-how in the area of sheet forming in connection with state-of-the-art technology makes it possible for us to more than satisfy any requirements you may have.

We already have been working with the pulling simulation from AUTOFORM, which we also use actively to create offers. This allows us to examine the most difficult parts for feasibility and, in connection with your specifications, to create the best possible production strategy. We do not just simulate forming stations, but rather also all other situations such as cutting or folding to cover the complete process.

The components are compensated for and simulated again after the initial simulation. This is repeated until we have a convincing result. Once this work is done, we begin with the method and cycle planning for construction in VISI CAD, Siemens NX and CATIA V5 at a later point in time. Under consideration of your pressing documents and in connection with our experiences in commissioning, we design the tools so that you can receive the best possible benefit from them.
